The BLFARS Auxiliary is the fund raising arm of the organization. Comprised mostly of family members the Auxiliary does much, if not all, of the leg work and prep for many of the Squad's activities.
The Auxiliary was originally formed to help raise money for the major renovation projects in 2001 running the "Buy-A-Brick" program. After construction was complete the auxiliary began to handle the majority of the fund raising endeavors including a annual Craft Show, several Casino Nights and the very successful Valentine's Day Rose Sale.
The Auxiliary also plays a vital role in the annual Christmas Tree and Wreath Sale handling sales when squad members are responding to calls.
